For account access, safety reports, subscriptions, technical issues, accessibility or feedback, email info@scandinaviarest.com.
Include your Milefolk profile name, device model, iOS version and a description of the issue. Never send your password, verification code, full payment card details or unnecessary location information.
For urgent danger, contact local emergency services. Milefolk support is not an emergency service.
Privacy
Milefolk uses account, profile and community content to provide its social travel features. Device location is used, with permission, to centre the map and show nearby activities; it is not published to your profile as a live location. Milefolk does not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising tracking.
Account deletion
You can initiate deletion directly in Milefolk under Profile → Settings → Delete account. This deletes the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain.
If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Milefolk account deletion”.
Terms
Unless a custom agreement is presented in the app, use of Milefolk is covered by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
